Return & Refund Policy
TECHNOLOGY PILOT INFORMATION INNOVATION LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") provides this Return & Refund Policy in compliance with the Trade Descriptions Ordinance and industry practices for international fashion e-commerce. This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website ("Website").
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Return request submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery
- Items in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Items not damaged, washed, altered, or worn (try-on for fit only is allowed, provided no signs of use)
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) provided
Non-returnable items: Customized products, intimate apparel (e.g., underwear), final sale items (marked "Final Sale"), and accessories with hygiene seals broken.
2. Return Process
- Submit a return request via email to support@ashleystewartplus.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days and send a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outer packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship the return package to our Hong Kong warehouse (address provided with RA number) using a trackable courier service.
Note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Please retain the tracking number for reference.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective/wrong items: We cover all return shipping costs. Provide the shipping receipt for reimbursement.
- Change of mind (non-defective items): Customer bears return shipping costs.International return shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection approval.
- Refund amount includes the item price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items).
- Currency conversion fees (for international orders) may apply and are deducted by your payment provider.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order separately. We recommend checking product availability before submitting a return request.
6. Damaged/Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement (if available) or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
