TECHNOLOGY PILOT INFORMATION INNOVATION LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") provides the following Shipping Terms for orders placed through our international fashion e-commerce website ("Website"). These terms govern the delivery of products purchased from us, including domestic (Hong Kong) and international shipping.

We offer shipping to most countries/regions worldwide. Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office (PO) Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or locations with restricted logistics access (e.g., military zones, sanctioned regions).

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Time

  • International Shipping: DHL, FedEx, or registered airmail. Transit time: 14-21 business days (varies by destination; remote areas may take longer).

Transit time is an estimate only; we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method, displayed at checkout.
  • Free international shipping is available for orders exceeding $59(USD); terms are subject to seasonal adjustments.

5. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country/region. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an order.

6. Tracking Information

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. You can track the delivery status via the courier’s official website or our Website’s "Order Tracking" page.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

For lost or damaged shipments:

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking details.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier. Compensation or replacement will be arranged only if the shipment is confirmed lost or damaged by the courier.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by improper packaging of returned items (see Return & Refund Policy).
